We are joined today on the show by The Godfather of Real Estate - Alfonso Cuadra.
Alfonso’s story is truly fascinating.
- A refugee from El Salvador
- Dropped out of high school and left home at 15.
- Became a father at the age of 17.
- Started his first business at 19
- Scaled it to multiple locations by 21
- Lost everything soon after
- Didn’t give up
- Pivoted to Real Estate
Today he is on track to cross 1,000 doors and has built a mentorship community of over 700 investors and counting.
This community is called Wealth Genius, a real estate education platform that operates out of Canada and the US, and helps its members achieve Financial Freedom and Build Wealth Through Real Estate!
I also happen to be a member of Wealth Genius so I am extremely honored to be interviewing The Godfather on the podcast.
